Terms and Conditions for P Live

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using P Live, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. User Eligibility

P Live is available to users aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Creation

Accounts on P Live can only be created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. In-App Purchases

Users can purchase Zcoins through Google Pay. Purchases are non-refundable and are governed by Google Play's payment policies. Zcoins can only be used within the app for features and services.

5. Balance Withdrawal

P Live does not process withdrawals directly. Withdrawals can be facilitated by agencies registered with P Live. These agencies operate under their own terms, separate from P Live.

6. User Conduct

• Do not engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior.
• Ensure that all content shared complies with our community standards and applicable laws.

7. Account Deletion Policy

• Accounts with balances exceeding 2000 Zcoins or 2000 Diamonds cannot be deleted. Please reduce your balance below this threshold before requesting deletion.
• If eligible for deletion, account data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion to allow for potential recovery.
• Account deletion can be initiated through the app’s settings or by contacting support@proom.live.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of P Live is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

P Live reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, users forfeit all rights to services and in-app assets.

10. Limitation of Liability

P Live is not responsible for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or interactions with third parties. Users are solely responsible for securing their accounts and ensuring compliance with applicable laws while using our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved under international arbitration laws.

12. Updates to Terms

P Live reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or email. 13. Prohibited Apps

To maintain the security and functionality of P Live, the use of third-party apps such as NetGuard or similar tools to modify, block, or interfere with P Live's services is strictly prohibited. These apps may disrupt essential operations such as network communication or violate our Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

14. Child Safety and Protection Policy

P Live is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users and strictly complies with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Policy. We have implemented the following measures to protect minors and prevent exploitation:

• P Live strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, or any inappropriate interaction involving minors.
• This app is intended only for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect, share, or store any personal data from minors.
• Any user found engaging in or promoting such behavior will have their account permanently banned and the content removed immediately.
• Users can report suspected violations or inappropriate activity through the in-app reporting feature or by emailing support@proom.live.
• P Live fully cooperates with law enforcement and child protection agencies to investigate and report illegal content or activities.
• These published child safety standards apply to all users, content, and services offered by P Live without exception.
